Introducing our Mental Health First Aid Training Programme
Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised training course, designed to give a deeper understating of the issues around mental health. It teaches practical skills that can be used every day to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health issue and to feel confident in guiding people towards appropriate support.
