The Namasté Culture, twelve month Management Development Programme (MDP), has educated and enlightened me about how best to adopt a healthier and more balanced management style. Not only has the experience reminded me how important wellbeing in the workplace is and why, but it has also equipped me with the knowledge and skills to actively make changes and become a more effective manager.

The workshop and peer learning approach to the course enabled me to put theory into practise, whilst building my confidence with facing challenging situations that I may have otherwise avoided. The MDP covers every angle from key employment related legalities to advice on how to stay more strategic, whilst supporting your team.

I was sad to say goodbye to my trainer and peers, Namasté Culture has taught me to be more mindful, more objective and as a result a more resilient manager. I wholeheartedly recommend the course.
