Helen Scoble

Office Administrator

Helen Scoble, is the Administration Assistant at Namasté. Helen manages the invoices, booking confirmation forms and all areas of administration for training sessions, including coordinating delegate information.

Helen recently moved to Cambridgeshire from Cheshire with her family where she worked for a publishing company as a Credit Controller. She also has experience of working in IT, the mobile phone and Insurance industries. Helen has lots of great organisational skills, and since joining as a temp in October 2014 she has made herself indispensable, so I was really pleased to be able to make her position permanent in January.

Katherine Webster

Katherine joined Namasté in October 2015 and is working with the team to develop Namasté’s programmes by strengthening the evidence-based approach to development through psychological insights and measures.

Having completed a BA in Psychology and with a keen interest in training, Katherine first worked in course development and teaching in the Middle East. On her return to the UK she worked with small businesses, managing a number of projects ranging from brand identity to team development. Her experience of the small business ‘life-cycle’ from the initial start-up of the business to its acquisition has given her a sound understanding of how shaping a team relates to the business’s ultimate success.

With a view to building on her practical experience, Katherine returned to University in 2013 to complete a Masters’ degree in Organisational Psychology. Her focus for study was around ‘positive psychology’ and how commitment to values may take people beyond the standard idea of job performance to thriving at work.

As a British Psychological Society registered test user she is qualified to run cognitive ability and personality tests and is particularly interested in how personality preferences may inform individual development.
