Jacqui is Director at Namasté Culture. Jacqui started her career in HR in 2001, becoming fully CIPD qualified in 2005. Most of her HR experience was gained working in the software industry.
Jacqui has experienced all the challenges that a growing and successful business will face, from building new teams, merging teams post-acquisition, to setting up short-term international assignments and job-sharing programmes across international borders.
In 2007 she trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP, graduating in 2008. After graduating in 2009 as an NLP Master Practitioner Jacqui set up a successful therapy business. Having helped many people to deal with and overcome anxiety and depression Jacqui understands the impact that mental ill-health can have at work, and the value that people who have overcome such issues can offer to enlightened employers.
David joined Namasté in Spring 2015 with an enthusiasm and commitment to personal development and life-long learning. After a varied career in teaching, counselling and charity management, he moved to Cambridge in 2005 to engage in an intense ordination training in Buddhism, in search of greater happiness and understanding of what it means to lead a meaningful life.
Since then David has worked for a local charity, developing quality assurance and workforce resilience.
David combines professional and personal skills development that nurtures the individual, while promoting productivity and healthy relationships in the workplace.
Lynne has been working with us an associate since 2016 providing coaching and therapy for individuals as well helping us to co-ordinate projects. She began her career in HR and spent 20 years as a recruitment consultant; the last 11 as a Managing Partner of a boutique specialist consultancy servicing top flight organisations in PR and Corporate Communications.
She became an accredited Career Counsellor in 2015 and has since also qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner and Cognitive Hypnotherapist.
The combination of Lynne’s experience and skills gives her something special to offer people struggling with confidence in making career related decisions (including redundancy) combining psychological and practical job search support.
Claire is a qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor with 17 years’ experience of working in mental health. Claire is a Chartered Health Psychologist and qualified in 2000. She has worked in a research role for Cambridgeshire University in Developmental Psychiatry and as the lead for Mental Health Promotion in Public Health for the NHS and Cambridgeshire County Council.
Claire has been delivering bespoke training packages in mental health, wellbeing, stress management and resilience for 12 year. She a qualified as a MHFA instructor in 2009, and has been delivering Adult MHFA and Adult MHFA Lite since then to organisations in the public, private and voluntary sector.
Claire has a wealth of knowledge around mental health and wellbeing including links to local organisations and resources. She is very passionate about raising awareness of mental health, challenging the stigma surrounding it and upskilling people to understand, support and signpost around mental health.
