Management Development to Reduce and Prevent Stress at Work – In-House Training

Using the latest understanding from neuroscience, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behaviour Theory these five half-day workshops provide managers with a level of self-awareness and awareness of the needs of others to be able to identify, reduce and prevent stress at work.   Training is aimed at managers without formal management development training. These workshops are based on the competencies needed to reduce and prevent stress at work.
